Your Account

Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials and are solely responsible for account activities. If you know or think someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact support to report unauthorized access concerns.

Modifying the Service and Termination

Zawjni continually improves services by adding features or removing existing ones without notice for non-material changes. Users may terminate accounts anytime for any reason. "Zawjni may terminate your account at any time without notice" for agreement violations, with no refund entitlement upon termination.

Safety; Your Interactions with Other Users

Though Zawjni features double opt-in communication safeguards, "it is not responsible for the conduct of any user" on or off the platform. Users must not share financial information or send money to other users.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ZAWJNI DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.

Zawjni reserves the right to conduct criminal background checks or sex offender register searches at any time using public records.

Rights Zawjni Grants You

Zawjni grants a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service. Users must not:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent
• Copy, modify, or reproduce copyrighted material or intellectual property
• Use automated systems to access, retrieve, or data mine content
• Interfere with Service operation or connected servers or networks
• Upload malicious code or compromise Service security
• Access or publish Zawjni's API without written consent
• Encourage activities violating this agreement

Rights You Grant Zawjni

By creating an account, you grant Zawjni a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, and distribute authorized information and posted content. You authorize Zawjni to prevent unauthorized use of your Content, including authority to send DMCA Takedown Notices on your behalf.

Community Rules

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Spam, solicit money from, or defraud users
• Impersonate others or post images without permission
• Bully, stalk, intimidate, harass, or defame others
• Post hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, pornography, or violence-inciting content
• Solicit passwords or personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes
• Use another's account, share accounts, or maintain multiple accounts

Zawjni reserves rights to investigate, suspend, and terminate accounts without refund for agreement violations.

Purchases, Auto-Renewal & Refunds

Auto-recurring subscriptions continue billing until canceled. After initial and subsequent subscription periods, subscriptions automatically renew for equivalent periods at agreed prices. Users must cancel through third-party accounts or Account Settings; deleting accounts or applications does not cancel subscriptions.

All purchase charges are generally nonrefundable with no credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a subscription offering is requested within fourteen days of the transaction date, or where applicable laws provide refunds.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ZAWJNI (AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS) PROVIDE THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS with no warranties, express or implied. Zawjni does not represent that the Service is uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE ZAWJNI PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY damages. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAWJNI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID during the 24-month period before legal proceedings.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association under Consumer Arbitration Rules shall exclusively resolve disputes. The exception permits individual claims in small claims court in New York, New York.

BOTH YOU AND ZAWJNI GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT except in small claims court. YOU ALSO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR OTHER CLASS PROCEEDING.

The laws of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws rules, shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement.

Mobile App Stores

Mobile application availability depends on third-party app stores such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Each store has terms users must accept before downloading applications. When you make an In-App Purchase, you are doing so through either the Apple iTunes service or the Google Play service and agree to their respective terms. Zawjni is not a party to in-app purchases.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and terms for additional features or services, contains the entire agreement regarding the relationship and Service use. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. Users' accounts are non-transferable and rights terminate upon death. The site is protected by reCAPTCHA; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
