Marriage in Libya is concluded and officially registered at the court or by a licensed ma'zoun. An unregistered marriage leaves the wife's and children's rights without official protection.
Zawjni does not conclude marriages or issue documents, and we always encourage official registration after the introduction and the families' agreement.
